We are committed to maintaining our 5-10 Business Day* shipping standard for most orders. To make this possible, we have set a daily order limit on our website. When the order limit is reached, the website will automatically stop accepting new orders until the next business day.
In addition to ordering your seed online with us, you can skip the shipping altogether by finding Lake Valley Seeds in selected garden centers, hardware stores or grocery stores near you.

Consumer Terms of Sale
Our order processing time is 5-10 business days*. Please note-couriers may be experiencing delays. Please use your tracking number to follow your shipment.
*Business Days do not include weekends, holidays, or the day your order was placed. Orders placed through our website are processed and shipped from our warehouse.
Return Guidelines
- Lake Valley Seed does not accept responsibility for product loss caused by extreme weather circumstances or neglect of product
- If you purchase Lake Valley Seeds through an independent garden center, hardware store or grocer, you have carefully followed the growing information provided on the packet and experience germination issues, please reach out to the retailer where your seed was purchased to inquire about a refund

Unfortunately you cannot change, combine or cancel orders.
If an item I ordered is out of stock, will you make a substitution?
If an item is unavailable it will be removed from your order and you will not be charged for it, we do not make substitutions.
