Easy to grow in almost any soil, in full sun to part shade. Start outdoors in early spring as soon as soil can be worked. In mild climates, grow as a fall/winter crop.

Pull entire plant when three to four inches tall, or harvest individual leaves as needed. Hot, dry weather causes the plant to bolt (send up a seed stalk). Seeds may be harvested and stored for recipes that use coriander.
