Hummingbird Migration Tracking

 In Uncategorized

The hummingbirds are back!  At least, here in Colorado.  Many around the state had their first hummer spotting of the year.  It is a true sign that spring is indeed springing.  A fact that is hard for some to believe as we continue to have cool temps, wind, and snow throughout the state.

So far, it’s mostly Broad-tailed Hummingbirds that have been spotted as well as a few Black-chinned, and more are on their way.  You can track them here

Now is a great time to sow nectar rich flower seeds to help keep hungry hummers feed!
